1 Use of the Service

Welcome to MavYa. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MavYa mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

MavYa provides information about food products, ingredients, allergens, and expiration dates. The Service is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

2 Disclaimers & Health Information

The data displayed inside the application is retrieved using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and AI models. Always double-check ingredient lists manually prior to ingestion, particularly if you have life-threatening food hypersensitivities.

3 Subscriptions & Billing

MavYa Pro subscriptions are purchased and billed securely through the Google Play Store (Google Play Billing).

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time within your Google Play Account settings.

4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MavYa and its developers (AI Solution For You) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including any adverse health events or incorrect nutritional data.

5 Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
